As this body of work was created as part of a pitch, we show it under an alias. The challenge: For 100 years, OSWIN has been producing high-quality metal products. The company's roots lie in precision engineering. Today, it is one of the leading manufacturers in the components industry, from parts for cars to ones for heavy industrial machinery. OSWIN operates in five independent departments that cooperate on a project basis. We were tasked with developing a new brand architecture that represents all departments but appears under one internationally oriented brand. The brand's impact should be felt in employer branding as well. Inspired by the history of OSWIN, we designed a brand modular system based on industrial gears and transmissions. Each gear works individually and in conjunction, just like a clock. Together, they form something larger – the OSWIN brand.
